The hotel had great, huge, and clean rooms that were amazing, as the property is only 8 months old. The service was professional and efficient, meeting all our requests with helpful solutions. The location was excellent, close to major attractions and the metro station. The dining experience was exceptional initially but lacked consistency over multiple days. Overall, a modern and comfortable stay with some minor dining issues.

The staff, from reception to security, and even Mohamed the bellboy and Tristian in the restaurant, were all so friendly and helpful.
